Dunkin' - Oxford

Got my order right, so they are doing well (compared to 18 months ago when I had to have them remake something because it got messed up twice)

I had an issue with my order and didn't realize it until we had already left. When I went back to rectify the situation, the staff member was unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do.

The staff here are incredibly friendly. Saturdays tend to be busy, but the wait isn't too long.

One downside of this store has been the occasional wait when employees are engaged in conversations before serving the next customer. However, I don’t feel it's worth deducting a star for that minor issue. Overall, this Dunkin Donuts is a great spot that doesn’t rush customers out the door—something I might need to embrace a bit more! For anyone who appreciates a slower pace, this could actually be a nice benefit. Plus, I’ve never had an order mistake here.

Overall, this is a spacious Dunkin Donuts that doesn't rush anyone out the door, which might work in my favor since I enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere. Plus, I've never had an order mistake here.
