Chick-fil-a - Oxford

They couldn’t have picked a worse location to relocate their store. Traffic getting in and out of Oxford Exchange is bad enough without adding yet another restaurant. That along with extensive wait times makes me want to pass and give business to your competition.

I went to the Oxford Commons location. As always friendly staff! I got the Chicken sand. Combo. My waffle fries were hot and tasty! My chicken sandwich on the other hand tasted like it had been cooked for a while! Sorry to say but it was the worst one I've ever had! Most times my fries aren't fresh as could be but not my Beloved Chicken Sandwich!! ? I also tried the Peppermint Shake, it was good but no where near my wonderful Peach shake!!! Wish those were on the menu all the time! Now I have heartburn ? ?

Love you Chick-fil-a, but just a little disappointed. My daughter picked up an online order and noticed a chicken sandwich was missing. She went back through the drive thru to get it and then when she got home we noticed the mac and cheese we ordered was also missing. We live in Lincoln so it was too far to go back. We usually have large orders and things get overlooked, but this is 2 times in a row that items have been left out of our order. ???

My order has been messed up several times coming here. It's not worth the wait and the food isn't very good.

To the people there who helped us get home after our suv shut down today, thank you so much. we literally would have still been there if it wasn’t for them.
