Wendy's - Owosso

Chili. chili. chili. chili. did I mention chili? try it over the fryed or over one of their baked kartoffels!

There is no real reason not to give it 5* is there 5* eat? no. but it is 5* for wendy’s and I like it.

Unfortunately, our food was not up to par. I've eaten at this location before and it was some of the best fast food I've ever had. As in EVERY TIME I've ever gone there or just passed by, the drive thru was lined up all the way around the building and the lobby was packed. There was a sign on the door that the lobby was closing at 7:00 p.m. and we got there around 6:45. There was a girls soccer team still ordering and eating, along with the full drive thru so we should have just left but our own circumstances made the decision for us. We ordered the newest thing on the menu, some kind of cheesy bacon burger with onion rings and a cheesy toasted bun, and it was bad. It had no flavor, it was cold and it was dry. It looked like it had been cooked twice. The fries were fresh and hot and the service was pretty good, considering the circumstances. I'm still giving them four stars because, as I said, I know they usually do better. Just don't blame me if you have the same issue I did. Perhaps the long lines are now for a different reason other than their usually better than most fast food restaurants.

I went through auto thru and order 2salads a was a taco salad and there were no taco chips then when I told them it was in a bag with the chili gave a bag with a salsa and fork and knife she told me that it was good in the bag that they didn't need to make sure that everything is in the pockets when someone had ordering THEASE dinner

I was drawn 10 minutes ago in wendy because of my health problems that I have been diagnosing and went through the drive through to ask if I could use her toilet room because of my health problem, and the dame told me yes, keep her on a second and so I went to the door to wait for someone to open the road and a manager came back to the pause that I had told me that I was going through the window these people here are real winners, the people in the inner could see clearly that I was in massive amounts of pain, but nothing done.
