TGI FRIDAYS - Owings Mills

We were never served. we sat for 15 minutes. no veterinarian came to the table. we went and went to another restaurant

Three at the hostess did not know how to use open tables. eating was wrong or delayed. drinks did not arrive in time. manager never came to talk to us. it was a terrible visit.

Service was bad, I used to wait tables for years before I become manager. long ticket times and missing server that in addition to not write up the order and eating wrong

The music is very loud at this location and the service is slow.

The service was horrible I made reservations and got there in time and still had to to wait a half hour to be seated. Once we ordered we got somebody else’s tables food then we had to wait even longer for our actual order. The waitress was very forgetful we had to ask for things 2 and 3 times and by the time we got our food it was cold . I really like fridays food but idk if I’d go back to that location everything about that day from not even being seating on time was bad food cold service poor. They need some changes or more training that was bad
