China Best - Owings Mills

We've been patronizing this restaurant for at least 15 years. Through this long time we saw their better days and not so good days. But the interesting phenomena is we always want to return and eat their sushi. To us they have the best variety and creativity of making it. The Chinese section is not bad at all, but don't expect a huge variety like some of the bigger Chinese places have. Through all these years eating their food almost every week we never got sick, never got tiered of it and always enjoyed a great hospitality from the host and everyone else. They make you feel like you are their friend. We noticed that many patrons experience just the same as we do, because we often see the same people dining around us. This is not a fine dining place but if you have a reasonable expectations you will find it very pleasant with the best value to quality of the food patio.

Great sushi for what you pay. If you want top of the line sushi go pay $50. Ive been going here for years because of how cheap it is. I like the sushi a lot also. They could be quicker on making more rolls though.
