Grandys - Owensboro

Overall, I like Grandy's. Their food for the majority of the time is good, but if you get it to-go, you sometimes don't always get a roll with your meal. I also wish they would include drinks with the meal instead of having them separate. It is a family-friendly place to go for a get-together occasion.

This Grandys just recently won the yearly white glove cleaning contest and consistently has good health department reviews, located in every thursdays messenger-inquirer. Also the chicken tenders are a frozen product cooked to order.

Normally my food is great from here. This particular day wasn't a very good experience . Eggs were not cooked completely,bacon was under cooked, sausage was burned, also biscuits were doughy and they didn't put gravy in the order.

Always a great place to eat, pricey when having to pay for the drink separate from the meal.

I really like Grandys. They have breakfast now. I had a chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. Came with a roll. The rolls taste like my Aunt Grace's. Everything was hot and fresh. I enjoyed mine with brown gravy .It was rich and tasty. Covid masks needed until you're eating. Thanks for a good meal!
