Burger King - Owensboro

The service was quick, and I ordered the speck double cheeseburger meal, which I believe was around $8. Everything was great and clean.

My husband wasn't keen on his spicy chicken sandwich, and my hamburger was just average. However, the tea and fries were fantastic!

I visited this restaurant a while ago, and the service was terrible. I thought enough time had passed to give it another try, so I ordered food for four people. It was my mistake for not checking the order before leaving. One entire combo was missing, and the server forgot to bring the drink after we finished eating. They asked if I wanted a specific item after I had already requested it, and they still forgot to put it on the hamburger. To top it off, the food was cold. I could understand if they were either understaffed or overwhelmed with customers, but that wasn't the case during my visit. I feel sorry for the one employee who seemed to be doing everything while three others stood around doing nothing. In short, don’t come here if you actually want to enjoy the meal you paid for.

Hot food and the most beautiful crew I've ever seen in ff! come at least 3 times a week! the management is very attentive and very interactiw with eveyone

They were very busy with drive thru orders but handles it well and we got our dine in food in a timely manner. The place was clean. Week or so later I am back. Went thru the drive thru this time. Horrible! They ended up not ringing up a small lemonade and not giving us the mozzarella sticks we ordered and totally gave me a different burger than I ordered. Unfortunately we didn't notice the food items until about 10 miles down the road! When asked about the lemonade they wanted to charge us for it. We said to just forget it since we only carry credit cards. Also those were the worst onion rings I have ever had there! I am definitely taking a break from Burger King after the other night. Very dissatisfied!
