Service is miserably slow! Our fries ans onion rings were up and done for 20 mins under the heat lamp while we waited for our burgers It’s chaos and dis organized!!! Food was stone cold. 8-9 staff and nothing was quick. Won’t come

Girl taking orders in drive through, was absolutely miserable. Snotty, rude and clearly does not like her job. Usually, I have wonderful service at this location. Very disappointed today.

The food was fine, chocolate milk shake not too chocolate but. the service was good. But the place is filthy! Every where. From the dust falling down to the streaky glass, dirty tables and sticky floors.and the flies! Maybe time to wash the mop bucket! Ya can't do a quicky mop job every night.. wash the whole floor.

Came bere 2 times over the week around the same time. 1130am. First time no one was in the drive through. We had to wait 5 mins before they took our order and waited another 5 mins at the window. I ordered a chicken sandwhich and poutine. The second time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a poutine. We were in the drive through for 20 minutes. The patty on the bun was super small. What I would have expected from mcdonalds! The poutine had about 20 fries.I will not be returning to harveys.
