The food was fresh and good however I asked for extra seasoning on the garlic Parmesan and got extra sauce instead of cheese. More garlic than cheese. Other than that everything else was

The service is horrible at the Owasso location. We asked the kid who was taking our order about a combo and he said “he didn’t know” and also asked if a certain sauce was good and again was told “ I don’t know”. After we finally got our order (checking out was another issue which ended up taking all 3 employees to figure it out just for the manager to come over and hit the print receipt button) he and another employee were running around in the kitchen area acting like they were playing basketball and goofing off. The food was decent but the service was terrible and the building was freezing cold in late November! We won’t be back!

Terrible quality wings! Overcooked, full of gristle and covered in feathers still. I see that I am not the only one having this experience.The quality control here is kind of the worst.

The food is top notch best wings in Owasso, the staff has never been unfriendly or rude but sometimes they are a little slow. The atmosphere is not that inviting but overall not terrible. The spicy corn is phenomenal.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service from the afternoon crew.... I thought the first few times maybe they were just slammed and having a bad night (worked in the food industry myself everyone has those days) but it seems everytime we go the service gets worse the last time I went we could actively hear them gossiping about customers it was a very sad experience
