Panera Bread - Owasso

I am a Door Dasher in this evening to pickup an order. I was full on waiting for almost 20 minutes. The evening staff was socializing and gabbing about food an employee wanted fixed for her when she gets off work. They were leaning on the counters and playing more than working. Then a young man gave me lip when I confronted about the wait. Not good customer service.

Chicken salad was great but 1/2 of the sandwich was made on bread that was so hard it was difficult to eat

Drive thru employees have a attitude if you ask extra

I generally enjoy Panera but this particular location isn’t the best, I’m a nice person especially to food service workers so I don’t like that I have to make this review, however it should be addressed. To start let’s say an item here gave my friend food poisoning (steak and white cheddar . Now that we have that out of the way we should address the employees attitude, it’s actually crazy how nice I am to these workers and how rude they are in return. Now I understand people have off days especially in food service but this is every time I come here so it’s non coincidental. Now let’s get into the real tea, the only reason I’m making this. I make mobile orders every time and every time they mess my Mediterranean veggie sandwich up. Either add a different cheese, no cheese, or even vegetables I didn’t ask for. This could be bad for people that may be allergic to certain items so I’m glad that I’m pointing this out for other people and for myself as well (literally pleading to get my mozzarella on my Mediterranean veggie sandwich please ?

They have some healthy bowl options now. I tried the Teriyaki chicken bowl and it was delicious. Thanks Panera for healthy-ing up a meal or two.
