Firehouse Subs Owasso

Walk in 6 kids behind the counter fooling around. No one says anything when anyone walks in, to busy playing with each other behind the counter. There was a younger lady there constantly messing with her clothes an handling food. No attention to food safety standards or customer service. Tables were dirty and the floors were sticky, while there were plenty of workers in the back fooling around....first time here not sure if I will come back.

The sandwich was good. However, they were already out of cookies, and it was only noon. There were 5 employees behind the counter while all tables needed to be cleaned.

Always have loved Firehouse, but tonight was a rough service. The order was wrong on a couple of sandwiches, and the girl at the register just seemed lost.

Best sub I've ever had. So happy I found this today.

Can anyone explain why they’re always so slow?? We order and pick up once a week and it takes over 30 minutes every single time. There are at least seven people working tonight and we have been waiting for 40 minutes since I ordered through the app. We’ve been sitting here 15 minutes past the time it said it would be due.
