Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe ordered a pizza online and when I went to pick it up they said it would be about 20 minutes, after waiting over 30 minutes we finally received our order. While waiting another customer came in and it obviously upset and tells me he has been there almost an hour. We then drive home and realize the order is completely wrong. Items are not prepared correctly or completely missing. So now we call back and they say they can have our order fixed within 15 minutes, I then ask if they can include a couple ranch packets and they say they have to charge for them. I can understand a company policy, but if you cant give me two $0.75 ranch packets for messing up an order and forcing me to drive back to rectify your mistake then you aren’t going to get my future business.
Large pizzas put in medium boxes, open the boxes and the pizza were smashed together, we thought they had drop them, they didn’t communicate this to us had to call them and they said they ran out of large boxes, the pizzas were soggy just threw them away.
I’m giving them a five star because they have very good customer service. My pizza was made wrong but the manager or whoever was cooking with the glasses. Made sure that I left happy and I really appreciate that fantastic job. They remade my pizza. Perfectly.
Never have I seen a mistake from this location. Y’all are doing it right thank you!
This place is great! Great food and great service. Always have a positive experience at this location.
