Gino's Pizza Pasta - Oviedo

She mentioned that their actual delivery time is an hour and a half, but there is no indication of that on their website, which contradicts the estimated delivery window I was given. If I had known that my pizza would arrive almost an hour later than originally promised, I would have reconsidered placing the order. Given this experience, I likely won’t be ordering delivery from them again.

Gino's is our favorite Italian restaurant in Oviedo! We absolutely love it here! My go-to dish is the Penne Alla Vodka; the sauce is incredibly flavorful! It comes with a salad, and I always choose their house salad with the house Italian dressing. If you're in the mood for dessert, they also have a delicious gelato section. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. I must say, we always have a wonderful time here; the staff is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place in Oviedo!

The food here is really good, but it raises the question of whether the issues are worth it. We typically order from this place about once a week, and we always end up waiting an extra 5 to 10 minutes beyond our expected pick-up time. Tonight, our order was supposed to be ready between 7:30, so we arrived at 7:20, only to get an update that it wouldn’t be ready until 7:25. We finally left with our food at 7:55. I understand that things get busy, but there has to be a better system in place for customers. I want to continue supporting this restaurant, but this situation has become quite frustrating for me as a customer.

We went to Gino for the first time and we were blown away! The pizza was great! I lived in NJ for 5 years and would go to NYC often pizza and Gino hands down is better than any NY pizzas I had. I ordered the Bianca Pizza and it was from this world!! My husband and son shared a medium buffalo chicken and they loved it. My 2 years old ate all Fritten. Dylan was our server and he was fantastic! He was on all refill drinks when we asked he delivered big suggestions to get what and was super sweet for my family and me. Thanks for the first-class service, Dylan! We will ask to sit back in your section! We had such a great meal and service at Gino?s I had to tell the owner how much we loved it. We will definitely be back many times and bring our extended family when they come to visit.

Found a hair in my food. It was towards the bottom of the bowl so I didn?t notice it until I was almost done. Told the waitress and she apologized. However, it was still on the bill. The waitress went to the manager to remove it and he refused since I ate ?most? of it. He obstinately refused to remove it. I would caution against this restaurant who sees the customer as the party in the wrong. Too bad to since the waitress was so nice.
