Taco Bell - Overland Park

Order not made the way I ordered it. Employees too busy chit chatting not very nice at all.

While Taco Bell is not really known for their fast service (in my experience, anyway), I was very disappointed with our visit here today. The line was actually not long, and we received our food quickly! But they gave me no receipt, and the quesadilla was BURNT and hard. We had gone through the drive-thru, but upon leaving and discovering the condition of the food, I drove around, parked and went inside. No one was manning the counter. Danzel at the tb drive thru went above and beyond. They're so lucky to have him!

Went at 10:00pm and was told they are only selling hard and soft shell tacos. Nothing else. We left and won't be back!!!

The customer service was rude. This one guy refused to take my order and asked me to order on the monitor. Last week when I came his behavior towards us was rude and so unprofessional. The food wasn’t good either. Food wasn’t fresh. I am not planning to come to this location again.
