Sarpino's Pizzeria Overland Park

I ordered the “gourmet midnight express and Buffalo wings last night Oct 30, this was by far the worst pizza I have ever had it was greasy and the crust was under cooked and chewy. The wings were tiny and dried out. I tried to eat one slice of the pizza it made me sick that night. I wasted $45.00 including the tip on this garbage. I used to say sarpino's was one of the best. Ordered a pizza Saturday night and had 18 fraudulent charges the next day on the credit card used to order. A thief works here, and their name is on the schedule for Oct. 16th, 2021

We eat here at least every one or two weeks. They stay open late, they deliver to our address, and I can honestly say the food is pretty darn good! There have been minor mishaps, once no dressing for salad, once order delivered and we didn't know. But honestly overall, they do have good food. Maybe it's the late night crew and manager that are so great. Our orders are always late, which makes it even cooler that the food is so good. By far one of the worst experiences I had. Communication was horrible and they ended up getting the wrong order. Than when we got home, the pizza was completely trash. No effort was put into it and it looked horrible.

I ordered Chicken Alfredo with no onions. They literally Forgot the Chicken In the The Alfredo so I am so confused how that supposed to be OK. Called them the guy makes it seem like is my fault, Well we can either give you a credit or remake it..
