Breweries in shopping centers are always a little eh in my book.. This space was decent however. Lots of room with a patio. The beertender was cool..suoer chatty and fun. IPAs were pretty legit. Only complaint is that after leaving and checking my receipt online..I was charged for all full pours vs the half pours we actually had. Disappointing, hopefully just a one time oversight and not a norm.
It's always so good the beers are fantastic and I love their wild foeder program they have going on. Fun space, amazing patio. I enjoy the vast amounts of food trucks/pop up events they have. Today was Wolfpack bbq had the pulled pork sandwich and potato salad so tasty with a moo-latte
I really enjoyed their Knuckle Duster IPA! Tanner, the owner, seems like really awesome guy. I got a flat tire and pulled into their parking lot while I waited for a tow truck driver. He gave me the Knuckle Duster IPA, and a good conversation to pass the time. I appreciate customer service like that. It's really hard to find good old boys nowadays. I'll be stopping in to give them my business in the future. I would highly recommend Pathlight Brewing.
The person tending the place during my visit was really nice and informative. The place could use some tasting notes or brief style descriptions to go with their beers up on the menu (didn't have it when I was there), as it feels like a nuisance having to ask the bartender to explain every item verbally. Some customers would rather read a brief description first, then ask for more info if needed. Tried a beer that was aged in a wine barrel. It was tasty. They offer half pours but no flights. I really wish more places offered flights. It's fun and trendy and it's the upsell right under your noses, even if you have to fluctuate the price based on the choices. Usually a sampler helps me find what I like and gets me coming back while just picking single beers (even individual half pours) can sometimes leave me with a first impression and just feeling like okay that's all for now and then I head on out the door with whatever that first impression was. I know I could've just ordered four half-pours or something, but it didn't seem like they had smaller glasses for all of them, or caddies for them, so I didn't bother. It's nice to compare beers side-by-side, especially if you've got a bevy of IPAs to choose from. For better or for worse, the menu was mostly IPAs and fruited or wine-barreled beers with a few other options on hand.
