Panera Bread - Overland Park

Placed order at the kiosk for two drinks and two pastries. They were filling the hot food orders but not ours. It did not show up on the order status display. Asked at least three times why it was taking so long. Told kiosk orders do not show up on the status display. After 45 minutes of waiting they finally admitted that no one was checking the kiosk screen to fill the orders, so we finally got our order.

Great salad and sandwich. Always love the agave lemonade.

Used to love their bagels but now they make them very thin with a huge hole in the middle that makes it hard to make a sandwich with or just to eat as a bagel. Like their breakfast sandwiches. They also changed their breads since the pandemic and will have to revist my review if they change things.

Took 20 minutes to get an egg white sandwich. Only about 6 people there, so it wasn’t crowded. Then, when I do finally get it, there’s a hair on the plate.

All the self serve pots(4) of coffee were empty. Had to go back and wait in order line to get coffee
