Original Pizza - Overland Park

Great place to get pizza,calzones, ham, BBQ rolls and cheese rolls. They also sell pizza by the slice. I have been going here for o er 30 years.

This is difficult for me to leave this review since I worked here in the 80's and 90's. First, the food, it's still good but they do need more sauce on the pizza, it was dry. My issue is the lack of service and manners. I dealt with 4 different people trying to get 2 slices and a drink. Not one person said “Hello”, “May I help you?” “What would you like?”, I did get a “what do you want?” When it was time to pay the guy just held out his hand. I had to ask him how much I owe. This pizza gave me food poisoning and i was puking for two days pizza is now traumatizing for me because i’m scared to get sick again…. how do you mess up pizza so bad that it gives someone food poisoning???? no idea but it happened….

A bit pricey due to being in the mall but sooo worth it.

Called to order pizza. Was then placed on hold which meant just setting the phone down. After 10 minutes I hung up and called back, but got a busy signal because the phone was probably still sitting on the counter.
