Mi Ranchito - Overland Park

One of my favorite local Mexican places. Service is always fantastic.

Food is flavorful and helpings are generous. Service is timely during the rush but lacking after the rush and I notice higher error rates on orders, meaning even longer wait to eat. Just manage expectations, notice if there are more dirty tables than clean ones when you walk in and your server looks tired, order extra margaritas and settle in for the long haul. Relax and ENJOY the new, beautiful, remodeled and much larger bar.

Noticed Mi Rancho was open on Sunday around 7:30 after a place that Maps said was open until 10 was actually closed. Very good food and very nice people. I recommend.

My Carnitas were dry my beans taste burnt. My Margarita was premixed It took a while to get our food which came at different times.

Expected more from the restaurant. I ordered the steak quesadilla, the sauce tasted like it was rancid, very bitter. Me son ordered the chicken burrito and the chicken was dry. The restroom is not the cleanest, the floor was wet next to the toilet.
