Mcdonald's - Overland Park

The manager reyna here is an absolute sweat and has zero customer service skills. I'll show her my order number that I made about the mobile app, and her only answer is nope. no order. no sense for problem solution or customer service at all. I always try to be a simple customer and not give the people hard time. but she was one of the evil individuals and should not work where she must interact with people. I had to go to another worker and she could manually search and find my order within seconds. reyna was visibly annoyed that she was wrong and it was all for an ice creamy and small pommes. ridiculous.

While I tried to leave our breakfast after eating, my fiancé took the müllt in the mülldose and the man who put the floors to take the tablet for him. While this began as a friendly prayer, it turned into something completely the opposite. the man then decided that he was right to express his opinion on my engaged weight and health. the gist of what he said to him was that he should see what he eats and makes commentary about his weight. this complete stranger believed that he was right to offend my fiancée about his health and his life. a man we never met in our whole lives felt that he was right to hit my fiancée on his weight. for this man you have absolutely not to say such things to complete strangers. what began as a nice meal, turned into us to ecle to rely on the experience we had with this man. I know we're never gonna eat at these mcdonalds again.

The fastest mcdonald’s drive thru in the city, hands down. I visit almost once a week because I have a very short window to take my lunch and eat. thanks for being so fast and friendly!

Use the deal on the machine. after the payment the reception and order number did not come out. I checked the bank app, and it has already calculated my credit card. I asked the employees about the information about my order and they said they can't find their order. very rude and bad. they even claimed that I didn't pay for the meal.

The drive thru guy taking orders was so distracted by my voice at 1:15am this evening, that he couldn 't understand what ketchup was, then I yelled the word as loud as I could, and you know what, they still didn 't put it in my bag. Context, guys... oh I hope the ketchup wasn 't bad, that she gave me when I asked at the second window. How could McDonalds ketchup go bad?I really don 't want to talk more than necessary at 1:15am.I should have said red mustard please .
