Jalapenos - Overland Park

I absolutely love this spot for authentic Kansas City-style Mexican cuisine!

I've been a fan of this restaurant for many years. Now that my daughter-in-law has opened a new women's clothing store next door, I plan to spend even more time enjoying meals here.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Jalapeños. The tacos were abundant and well-seasoned, and the strawberry margarita was delicious! If I find myself in the area again, I will definitely stop by. I just wish there was a Jalapeños location closer to Lenexa.

This place is great! Used to live a lot closer to this place when I was a kid and I remembered the Jalapeños Cheese Dip. I was in the area and saw it still was holding down the corner behind the QT and had to stop in to try it! The Cheese Dip was exactly how I remembered it. The best white cheese dip I have ever had. Went with the Chicken Chimichanga with Cheese Dip on it of course and ate it at the bar. Staff was super friendly the place was super clean and busy and some of the regulars at the bar made me feel right at home! Great place! ?

This was the first time my Wife and I have eaten here. We really enjoyed it. It was busy and we had a 25 minute wait to be seated. We also arrived well into the lunch rush so we expected it. I believe we shared the Hombre meal AND had the nacho appetizer. Wow, a lot of good food. We look forward to our next visit when the restaurant capacity restrictions are gone.
