Cafe Souvenir - Outremont

My recent visit to Cafe Souvenir left much to be desired. Not only was the food mediocre, particularly the chicken egg benedict, but the service was also subpar. We had to repeatedly ask for things, and my coffee order was forgotten entirely. Even when requesting a refill, only half of my mug was filled, and the milk arrived almost when we were leaving. Overall, a disappointing experience that I won't be repeating.

Still remains my favorite restaurant on Bernard. While prices went up everywhere, at least you leave here without feeling cheated. Never had anything but the nicest service. And if most of the food choices are rather simple... they are good and I like them.

Nice little neighborhood bistro. Good choice of dishes for breakfast/brunch or lunch. Excellent coffee! Good service too!

The owner is incredibly kind. We arrived on a very rainy day with our dog. He had closed the front patio, but he offered us a table to accommodate our pet. The service was flawless, the food was delicious, and the attention to our needs was exceptional! Bravo and thank you! Truly an experience that brought us great pleasure.

My husband and I really enjoy this resto BUT we have come almost a dozen times before 2pm and the staff tells us they are closing early! Not well run!
