Applebee's Grill - Ottumwa

Ordered curbside and got two orders of Waton Tacos got all the way home no coleslaw. I called and their response was oh we are out of coleslaw. Why even serve it then?? Our food was cold, had to warm up before we could eat it.

Food was cold, the hostess could find anyone to wait on us because they were too busy talking to other customers. Food took over an hour to be served, when it finally showed up was so cold half of it was sent back. They also had to be reminded about our drinks that we didn't receive.

Best food selection in town, and the staff they are all amazing and friendly, food is fresh and delicious, a real good vibe

I had the quesadilla burger it was good, French fries were cold.

Not a good experience! Got the 2 for $25 dollar skillet meal and not only did it take 50 minutes to an hour to arrive but one of the dishes came cold and the steak was tough, 50% fat, but also was cooked wrong! The mashed potatoes were cold as well. We had to ask for our appetizer to come and drink refills took forever to come. The food they messed up was replaced but they had to be reminded to bring the replacement food. Restaurant was freezing cold as well as the bathroom floor being sticky. The only good part of the experience was the waitress being understanding and kind.
