We've been looking forward to the free breakfast at XXXLUTZ for months. We thought we could take 12 items from the breakfast buffet plus coffee for free. At the checkout was the usual lady who had been working at the company for a long time and who had often caught our eye in a negative way. We presented the voucher, the lady also asked for the XXXLUTZ customer card, which we didn't have with us. We then had to pay for breakfast. A simple disappointment! This situation could have been handled in a more customer-friendly manner. Then you don't have to be surprised that fewer and fewer people are visiting the once well-filled roof garden restaurant. This was simply a zero number! Are very disappointed!
