I introduced a mobile order five minutes before the arrival and had to wait ten minutes in the load. When I pointed out that they only seem to be a person, the answer was if that were the case, we would have closed the load again. I would recommend leaving the person with the blue hairs. I never really see that they do something useful, except to go back and forth touching dinge look too busy.
The staff that was there this morning should be fired. extremely unpleasant if they have a bark meat, they do not take it on their customers. to the employees, what do they work in customer service?
2 stars to the store manager who understaffs this location all the time. The service is inconsistent: either baristas are nice or they act inconvenienced by working here. The drive thru line is way too slow. I end up waiting 20-30 minutes for a coffee. Please address your issues.
Hi I am finding that the coffee at this particular location tastes very sour. It causes my stomach to feel off. Could someone please verify that the coffee maker is clean and working properly? I only have this problem at this location and it happens very consistently. Thanks.
This was my first time visiting this location. There is a homeless man who lives across the street from the store. He has been there for 8 months. The store knows him. When I asked him if he wanted a coffee, he gave me his name and said the staff would know his order. They did know his order and were genuinely happy to make it for him. I love this kind of community spirit! ??
