I ordered the fish and chips, which came in generous portions with a slightly sweet ketchup and homemade tartar sauce. The meal also included a tasty side of red cabbage coleslaw. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
This place is fantastic with very affordable prices for a hotel restaurant. Monika provided excellent service and this is my second visit. I will definitely be returning again. The buffet breakfast was also worth it.
WONDERFUL!. Delicious! Finally, nice to see some cooks who know what they are doing in a kitchen!!! My food was served looking beautifully prepared, and in a timely manner, not to mention, DELICIOUS. I will DEFINTELY go back.
Chef Bowen’s twist on the classic strawberry shortcake is cracked peppercorns strawberries on a home-made shortcake biscuit, served with 12 year old balsamic vinegar ice cream (also from the Pasticceria Gelateria) on a basil syrup. The spicy black pepper contrasted with the sweet strawberries and the balsamic vinegar was both tangy and sweet at the same time. There is enough of the classic in this dessert to satisfy the conservative dessert fan but with a bit of the Bowen spin.
This restaurant is a fantastic option for drinks or any meal of the day. The service is fast and welcoming, and the option to create your own salad is absolutely delicious.
