The best sushi in Ottawa! I used to travel to other cities for high-quality sushi, but after trying Shinka, I don't feel the need to go anywhere else. You truly get what you pay for; the quality here is unmatched in town. They recently introduced community delivery, which is a great option if you prefer not to drive there for pickup.

Shinka is a world class sushi restaurant. They use the very best ingredients. The presentation of every dish is artistic perfection. We order from them as often as possible and every time they go the extra mile for service and exceptional quality. Truly incredible food from truly masterful chefs. I have never had a complaint. In fact, I’ve never been anything other than impressed by their high standards. The photos of their dishes are not an exaggeration or one time styling photo. Every day they produce these works of art, and they interact with their customers to find out what new items they might want to try next. Our city is extremely fortunate to have the option to experience this world class resource.

Shinka is by far Ottawa's best sushi when it comes to their freshness and unique menu items and presentation. You'll find rolls that you've never seen anywhere else and the way its presented is unmatched. They also cover all dietary restrictions so I've recommended my vegan and gluten free friends that are looking for a premium experience. All and all love their sushi, highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Really impressed that they have a entire menu for just vegan people.Dietary restrictions: Not only do they have a full menu for people who are vegan but gluten free as well. So they really cater to everyone wich isnt something you see often.

Shinka is my go-to spot when ordering Sushi and I have yet to be disappointed. The menu is creative without being overwhelming and the quality is on par with high end sushi you’d find in Toronto or Montreal. Everything I’ve had has been consistently delicious, well made, and beautifully presented. Definitely try Shinka if you’re looking for great sushi in Ottawa.
