Pizza Pizza - Ottawa

This is my go to pizza place, workers are very welcoming ! Even though they are near closing

Terrible. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. No sign on the door stating it was out of service. However, I was told it was out of service after I mentioned that it was absolutely filthy and had dead cockroaches in it. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they don 't do that here . Told to call Pizza Pizza for a refund as my order was made online. Not a care in the world that a customer was disgusted. I wish I could rate less than 1 star for cleanliness.

Pizza is good but the place is not clean at all, tables and chairs are filthy, there was a spider silk in one of the chairs, but the most disgusting place inside were the toilets, no soap, and the sink was in a deplorable state, it seems that they never clean it.

Service was great, pizza was a bit dry for some reason. Not enough sauce as well.
