I only come to this restaurant for the Uber buy 1 get 1 free pizza deal. Even though the pizza may appear simple, the taste is incredible and satisfying.

Horribly understaffed, waited 1 hour extra for 2 pizzas along with many others waiting. My order was placed on the Pico app long before the in store people ordered but I was served last. Staff offered zero apologies and no way to even cancel the order because no one even asked to help or serve me. It felt like they all realized they were behind and tried their best to avoid eye contact with customers at all costs. My husband was in the car waiting for me with a screaming baby and we were late to pick up my parents from the airport. One of the worst experiences at a pizza joint ever.

I've been here for 15 minutes, they forgot about my pizza and it's completely blackened burnt. Only two people working and they don't know how to do refunds so I'm stuck waiting for a new one. Very nice employees but this place is so understaffed it's

I ordered through DoorDash and the pizza arrived cold, not even room temperature as if it had been sitting in the car for a while, but actually cold. I have ordered pizza from other places and driven 45 minutes to get home and it was still warmer than this. I can't understand how this is possible. I have also never had a pizza that wasn't pre-cut for you. The crust was so tough that I could barely cut it and ended up ripping it and knocking the toppings off.

Just amazing all around! Ingredients are fresh and tasty, varied topping options. Great service. Can't wait to eat here again.
