I usually get my bowl of vermicelli within 5 minutes, so good option to lunch if they are just an hour. if they are a diner who needs a nice setting and chat service, this is not the place for them. the atmosphere is simple, the place is small and there is nothing funny around you. but who cares! love eating. husband and wife owners are hard working and friendly. my daughter visited Thailand last year and said that eating in pho may definitiw is authentic. I can't expect to go back after the pandemic, but now there's more out.
Only place where I never sri or hoisen in the broth, because it tastes as good as it is. the fried spring rolls come to you hot and are not soggy and fried
With decent reviews, I thought the Ph-hardware could be in order. I entered with humiliated expectations and was still disappointed. first, at 2 o'clock, I am one of two customers in the restaurant. a table was pointed out and a menu without word dropped. Maybe they don't talk. English or French. I don't know yet. I write s1 regular on the notiz block, which is then whipped away. there is no water and no tea. the suppe comes without word. the broth might smell a bit burned. How is that possible? I don't know. the broth is hot, the noodles tasty, and the bark is so far cut, so good. I can not see a zilantro. hmm. and taste test: the broth is slightly salty and blande. there is an essentiality of green tweeping and certainly cilantro can have changed from, but had too feared to stop the strange burned odor and stay one. the bark is okay. not delicate and not tough goldilocks I assume. there is nothing terrible about this suppe; but this is simply not enough to recommend it. I think that's how broth could taste from a powder powder powder. hydrolysed soy protein? the best thing I can say is the suppe edible and the noodles were perfect. I will not be back. I'm done, and still nobody's been checking on me.
I came here with family. my pho was delicious and the broth was authentic. the vermicelli was very well joined together. my children loved that huh and the spring rolls. I would definitely come back here.
I stopped for take out pho. Broth doesn't taste anything. Beef doesn't taste anything. one piece of onion 2 pieces of green onion. A lot of sprouts and a tiny bit of thai basil. So anything that could have given some taste to this broth...was missing. Won't go again.
