The desserts at this restaurant were disappointing - the cakes were not well made, the ice cream was below average and appeared to be artificially colored. To top it off, I found a hair in my cheesecake that belonged to a man. I would not recommend this place.

In the following year, I reached out to the store once again to request the cake I had paid for the previous year, explaining the situation to a new employee. Despite their shock at the lack of communication, I once again found myself in the same situation - no response, no cake, and no resolution. My son was left without his birthday cake, and I felt not only disappointed but also deceived and let down as a customer. It is clear that this establishment does not prioritize customer satisfaction or quality service. In my experience, I have been cheated out of $60 with no hope of a refund or even a simple apology. I strongly advise against ordering anything from this restaurant, as they have proven themselves incapable of addressing customer concerns or fulfilling their promises. The lack of accountability from the manager only further solidifies my distrust in this establishment.

This restaurant is always bustling and the food is always delicious. I have never had trouble finding a table to sit at. It's difficult to think of anything they could improve on. If I had one suggestion, it would be to label the cakes so customers know what they are choosing when waiting in line, or to post pictures of each cake online to help speed up decision making while in line.
