Newport Restaurant - Ottawa

All I could think the whole time was 'why have I never stopped here before?!' On the corner of Churchill and Scott, just north of Richmond is this

I was treated to this restaurant for lunch by a new friend who is currently living in Ottawa.

Newport rocks! Thin crust, crispy on bottom and equally crispy on top, generous toppings, definitely one of Ottawa's best.

Good ****, i mean like real good ****. some of the rawest **** ive eaten all day. The **** youve eaten is **** compared to this **** right here.

Newport moved one block north from the corner of Churchill and Richmond to the corner of Churchill and Scott and the food is still as good! We had our fav: the medium combination pizza loaded with cheese after starting with a small Greek salad (split 3-ways and we had leftovers). We love the low key, relaxing atmosphere. Moe is always courteous and hands on! They have Keith's on tap and Beau's in bottles.
