Montana's BBQ & Bar - Ottawa

Dinner service was terrific, fast and friendly. Caesar salad, Steak and Onion strings were terrific. Good local beer too.

The service was fast and thank God we made reservations. They were busy but they took us to our table right away. The drinks were hot (we had tea) and the food was delivered at a good time. Not a long wait at all. Our server Shay was amazing and friendly and funny.

Attended Montana's for a group luncheon of about 30 people, the food was good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and I would recommend this restaurant.

Came with a bunch a friends for dinner, the service was super slow, not that there was that many people, she then delivered a plate of food to the table, my guests started to pick at it, and then she came back and said oh that's not for this table, took it and gave it to another table even tho my friends had put there fingers in it! How gross. SHE GAVE FOOD TO A TABLE THAT PEOPLE ATE FROM WTH?!Eventually the meal came, all 6 people had their meals deliver at different times, no one are together, 80$ for a plate and the steak was hard not tender at all, shrimp was cold and had no flavour, chips were good that's about it. Horrible service, cold food I will honestly say I will never return and I encourage you to not spend your money here. Go somewhere else.

Visited on Thursday November 10th for lunch with two friends. We had placed our orders and were waiting for the food when a cockroach fell from the wall/ceiling onto the seating back of the booth right between my two friends. It was so disgusting. My friend killed it with the drink menu and we told the waitress who then told the manager. The manager mentioned that pest control had been contacted and that our meals would be free. Even so, I will never eat there again!
