Shutdown or no, they haven't lost any quality in their service, quality of food or selection of beer. Previous staff is back and expect a really good time here, worth coming back again and again.

Simply amazing! Great, food, big selection of fun games, and fantastic service. I have been bringing our students there since 2016, we always have a good time. Our groups attend a lot of venues in Ottawa, Level one and the Loft is our fave hang out. It's gonna be yours too....go check it out!

We visited this pub today during our flight layover and spent the afternoon playing three games. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the service was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. They even offered to give us a quick overview of the game rules. Overall, we had a wonderful afternoon. If we find ourselves in the area again, I would absolutely come back. I highly recommend this place!

I've visited this place three times this year, and I always look forward to going back! The service is excellent, and they offer a wonderful variety of games to choose from! :D
