La Cucina Ristorante - Ottawa

Ok, this one ended up being a bit of a surprise to me Friday nights are usually wind-down nights for us, when I'm tired from the work week.

My husband and I went to this restaurant last week after buying the gift card deal from CostcoWe regret this decision.

Not bad for an Italian restaurant in the suburbs, could get a much more pleasant meal elsewhere in the area though

Went for dinner and had the special, veal scaloppine. Great food! We ordered the anti-pasto appetizer for two, the dish is good for more than 2 people. (Olives would be a nice addition to this dish). This new location is bright and clean and well decorated. Their tiramisu portion is huge and best one my wife and daughter ever had, their comments.
