Harvey's - Ottawa

We came here to exchange a slush because it tasted awful. The lady at the drive-thru ask us where we got our slush. We told her it was from Harveys and tasted awful. She closed the window and we heard her say to the manager that we took the slush out of the garbage to get a free one. Very nice customer service. Especially the manager who told us to leave.

Great burgers as usual! Love the Char Broiled taste plus the ability to load your burger to your liking...ask for extra pickles...the staff doesn't mind and they'll load up your burger to your liking.

Try the beef burger, it's well made and soft. Enough for a meal. I liked the place and the staff. Courteous and helpful.

Our grandchildren loved to choose their favorite items for their burgers - a big plus since we all like different things on hamburgers. Instead of the soft drinks for the children, milk could be substituted as a healthy choice.

One of the best burgers in Ottawa... and even better when they have coupon deals! Service is always fast and friendly. The staff do a wonderful job! We will continue to visit!
