Hard Stones Grill - Ottawa

I used to enjoy Creekside in the past, but after last night, I will not be returning. There were 4 of us dining and we waited 90 minutes for our food, which only arrived after we threatened to leave. The meals were nearly cold and not very tasty. The server was unapologetic and kept blaming the long wait on a busy night. We ended up paying the full price for our disappointing experience. To top it off, there was a beer on our bill that we did not order. Overall, it was a disastrous dining experience.

Visited this restaurant on 24oct21 at 20 o'clock. restaurant lessons should be up to 9 o'clock. from the server advise that the owner had already closed the kitchen. I asked her if she closed at 9 o'clock and she said yes, but she was advised by the owner to tell us that the kitchen was closed. very disappointed by this restaurant and they have lost 2 customers.

Loved the fruit crepe with Ashta cream! we came here earlier over any other week before we restart this tradition, I love to continue experimenting with the menu and adding new twists.

Met for breakfast with a few retired fellow workers. Pleasant atmosphere, with all the usual breakfast items on menu. Although the place was busy, one waitress handled all tables effectively by herself. My ham and cheese omelet was delicious. Lots of coffee and overall...a good experience for all. Will return with buddies again.

We decided to dine at this restaurant because of their lovely outdoor terrace for breakfast. It would have been better if they had another server working outside, as we had to wait for our coffee and didn't receive a second cup with our order. However, the food arrived quickly and was tasty. The prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were generous. We did have to deal with a few bees around us, but that's to be expected when dining outdoors.
