Fauna - Ottawa

This restaurant is a hidden treasure in the neighborhood. They offer a fantastic variety of menu items, unlike other 5-star restaurants that only have a few dishes to choose from. The wine list is extensive and impressive. The waiter even makes his own gin, and the chefs are passionate about foraging for mushrooms. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is lovely, and the experience is complemented by beautiful paintings by Christopher Griffin. I will definitely be returning soon.

Every bite was incredible. Ordered one of every main, and a couple apps for a group of 7. Wish I could pick a favorite, but everything was perfect.

This is a fantastic restaurant with a wonderful selection of food and wine. I highly recommend it. Cole is exceptional!

Cool setup great staff, but cold temperature (back section leading to washrooms). That porkchop was absolutely awful! I thought I was at a tavern's joint about to order myself a Bud. That said, I'm grateful Ottawa has MANY better other options for future dates. Good luck with your adjustments, I don't intend to revisit.

We had an excellent meal with a fabulous waiter who went above and beyond to make our experience a delightful one!
