Equator Coffee Westboro - Ottawa

I blame Equator for turning me into a coffee snob and making me have insanely high standards for coffee now ? I actually can't get coffee from other places now, and it is a serious problem. GREAT coffee, super friendly staff, and great environment! The food is awesome as well. Love the breakfast wrap and their butter croissant.

Usually the best coffee shop in Ottawa. I had to endure a terrible Americano on a rare occasion, but other than that, never a disappointment. Great coffee, great location, great ambience, friendly staff.

Very simple iced americano with a little sweetener, but made PERFECT! it was absolutely incredible and my partner got the caramel cloud cold brew from the summer menu and it was also AMAZING! honestly the only down side is the iced drink cup sizes. i just wish there were bigger sizes available, with amazing coffee like they have i wish i could get a large size. definitely will be going back!

We were first greeted to the store and the people were tidying up an hour before closing. When I asked if they are closing soon, they said no they are in an hour but they don’t want to be there working.When we ordered the drinks , they gave us the drinks like warm despite us asking for extra hot. The barista kept arguing that it is extra hot, when we kept explaining it really is not. Waiter offered to change it but also ina. Good manner that we said it’s ok no, and we threw out our coffees as soon as we left and went to the near by bridgehead .Equator coffee was amazing when first opened, but now can’t say so, and that goes also for people working there. Not going again .

It has become a family tradition to go there every Saturday morning. The staff is always friendly and the coffee is fantastic. The food and treats are exceptional.
