Domino's Pizza - Ottawa

I was particularly baffled by the manager, Brijesh's, inability to read and understand the simplest of orders. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to customer satisfaction. It's disappointing that such a basic request could not be fulfilled correctly. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others who expect their orders to be taken seriously and prepared correctly. I will not be ordering from this Domino's again until I see a significant improvement in their service and attention to customer requests. One star is too generous for this experience.

This is my favorite place for pizza without a doubt! I recently met the new owner of this location and I must say, he is really turning things around for the better. The pizza and service at this Domino's are top-notch! I will definitely be a loyal customer for life now.

This is my favorite place to order from! The staff is always smiling and friendly, making you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. Not only is the service exceptional, but their products are amazing too! My favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza. See you guys next week!

Ordered in store super quick service, was out of the store in less than 15 minutes. Pepperoni pizza was perfectly done. Will be back for more. Thank you guys.
