OMG, have to say I was blown away by the choices and the food. Had dinner and brunch. A good variety for dinner and prices were good. Brunch has the best buffet I have had in a while.

Breakfast buffet was pretty standard, worth the $12.95 price. Atmosphere was good and our server was very attentive until it was time to pay. She did apologize, as it had gotten very busy.

I am writing this review specifically to call out a dish I tried at lunch. It is Mushroom & Ramp Tagliatelle. It is fresh pasta (wide about an inch) with wild & other types of mushrooms in a garlic pesto sauce topped with shaved Parmesan.It was delicious! Portion was large for lunch (good enough for dinner). It is priced at $19 (typical for a restaurant inside a hotel) and at par with restaurants in the Kanata area. Did not come with garlic toast but you get free warm buns and butter with free refills.Why I like it:+ not overly salty. You get to taste the flavour of the pesto/Parmesan and not overpowered by salt. You can add your own if you like.+ Sufficient mushroom vs pasta. + Pasta done just right.+ not overly oily. I have been unable to eat pasta with tomato based sauce due to the acidity so I was happy to see a pesto based pasta dish.

Have been here before and quite enjoyed it. Today we arrived at 1 for a Father's Day brunch. Service was fine and most of the food was decent as well. Our disappointment was that at this time there were several empty trays and food sections which were empty or close to it. The beef outside that was available was all rare. The salad station was half empty and a bit of a mess.Some of the other food areas were in a similar state of disarray. Don't get me wrong, it was still decent, but not to the standard we have come to expect. Think it was about $40 each, so not an inexpensive brunch either. I expect it to be better at 11 or 12, but not to this extent. Forgot to mention daughters eggs Benedict had a large section of egg shell in it.....

I recommend the private room for a 8-15 people business dinner. Quiet. Excellent service and good food. All appetizers and entrees were good, nothing was standing out better or worse. Solid place for a successful dinner
