Wendy's - Ottawa

Wendys is always Quality. The burgers are perfectly seared and cooked. The poutine is generously cheesy with classic gravy. And the chicken is crispy and well seasoned. Honestly, whether "Dave" was real or fiction, Wendys food is truly tasty.

Cold poutine (the curd just came from out of the fridge) , tough burger/meat on 3 separate orders. I had ordered 2 Baconator Combo with bacon poutines and chocolate frostys, recieved a single l burger with lettuce and onions, no bacon, and a regular poutine with a chocolate frosty, despite the bag specifying on the receipt that it was 2 Baconator Combo s. After order was re-ordered, they arrived cold and seemed to not be freshly stored or prepared. After 3 chances, wouldnt recommend. Waste of time and money

I was quite disappointed in my food today, buns where dry and the also the meat, didnt get exactly what I ordered , I asked for poutine but got fired instead. I will not order from this location again

Why cant anyone deliver fries that are still hot and crispy?

Ordered two meals and both were perfect ! Food was fresh , tasty and hot cant ask for better than that
