Tim Hortons - Ottawa

Filthy disgusting. Just look at the picture. Sorry I sound rude, but this is the dirtiest Timmy I 've seen so far. Wish i had taken more photos.There is no urge to serve customers at all, either. The lady shouts the order to the other people, and they say, I 'm busy. They laugh, and you wait. Starbucks it is from now on.

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons. The amount of issues I have experienced here is an email to head office level.All I can say is if you come here, get a receipt and check your banking.

Ordered from the touch screen checkout this morning and watched and then screwed up 3-4 people’s orders. I was given someone else’s order. 3 different servers behind the counter and two of them didn’t know what was going on.

The bagel was extremely stale, there’s always somebody waiting (asks you for money) at the corner, in the drive-through, when you drive to pay. He’s been there every time I go. I expect low quality when I come to Tim’s but not this low. Never going to this Tim’s again.

Coffee is great as always but I will say this to you.. it is the winter please make sure your staff is cleaning the snow.. I was there yesterday and had to help someone who is in a wheelchair through the snow.. not
