I was sent the wrong donuts because they were sold out of the ones I wanted. They did not contact me to tell me that they were out of the donuts I wanted and instead sent over ones I do not like and other I only wanted to try…not get a bunch of. I called and the person said that they were not able to contact me twice through Uber Eats (as they had already contacted me through the app about another donut that was unavailable). I have had restaurants call me before. They could have done that. They also could have checked my order to make sure that they didn’t have to reach me twice.
Donuts are half the price and twice as good as that place up the street. Plus, unlike that place up the street, you can sit down and enjoy your donut and coffee indoors when it’s -15 and snowing. This is hands down Ottawa’s premier donut establishment.
The vegan options are always fresh, plentiful and delicious. I love this franchise!
Bought six donuts. Found them to be dry and tasteless.
