Kiki Lebanese Fast Food - Ottawa

I will never go to Kinkies again. My experience there was not good. They charged me $15 for half a glass of wine, which I couldn't believe. There was also nowhere to dance, as all people did was stand around on the walls. The place is too small and I had a terrible time.

This restaurant has a lot of potential but falls short in many ways. The pros include tasty chicken with great seasoning, flavorful hummus and garlic sauce, and fresh tabouli. However, the cons outweigh the pros. The rice was overcooked, the potatoes were undercooked, and many of the vegetables were old and inedible. The service lacked attention to detail and the cleanliness of the place was concerning, with dirty dishes and surfaces covered in dust. The worst part was seeing a food prep guy with open sores and coughing on his hands without washing them. Overall, despite some good aspects, the inconsistent food quality and unsanitary conditions make this a restaurant to avoid. There are better shawarma options available elsewhere.

I ordered beef shawarma but received a small, overcooked donair instead. The potatoes were bland and the salad lacked dressing. The quality was poor and the price was too high. Additionally, I ordered from just-eat.ca under Kiki Lebanese, but received food from Pineview Pizza. Overall, a disappointing experience.
