Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Ottawa

Excellent customer service and delicious food, over the last 3 months ive been coming here, the staff have been outstanding. Specially this young man that ive gotten to know named Enzo, his generosity and service has made me come back every Saturday! All in all, great dairy queen compared to the others in Ottawa. Defiantly recommend it!

This dairy queen is by far the best on iv been to. first off their staff is always friendly and helpful. but the most impotent thing that always brings me back to this location is the fact that they always make your hot food order fresh. iv never gotten old food here ever. the cook it on the spot right after you order. their oil is always clean thats why they have thje best fries. i come back here for many reasons including the fact that who ever runs it, is a clean person, the store is always spotless. dont think so? go visit the Innes or Walkley location and you'll see the difference

Fantastic restaurant!  I came in on a externally busy day last week +31 degrees out) and the crew behind the counter satisfied everyone. It was incredible to see a huge line of people going all the way out the door, all to get their ice cream with out a hassle! The same excellent service is delivered on a hot summer day or a cold winter night at this store. Clean and friendly staff compared to most dairy queens iv visited in my time. Happy to say my family and I are regulars .

The restauraunt is amazing, very clean, the staff is friendly and polite. Exceptional customer service! The Food is also very good always fresh and hot! Definitely the best DQ in town and definitely worth a visit!
