I ordered: vegan yaki udon (sulphurized udon with smoked tofu and sweet so saucy and spicy japchae (sulfury glass noodles and vegetables) bratkartoffeln and rice cake everything was very tasty and portions were huge! very recommended to check this place if they are looking for delicious food that the bank in ottawa does not break.
Time little business, has a few seats inside. I suggest going away from here. they have a great choice of vegan options. eating is very tasty and cheap.
I really enjoyed the vegan bibimbap at food mood! great aromen and it was a very short waiting time. only a pre-warning for those who are not fans of hot means of living that there is a little on the spicy side. I will be back to try more!
I am grateful for this app, as Food Mood is the kind of restaurant I wouldn't have thought I could eat at when I passed by it on one of the busiest streets in Ottawa. They offer a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. It is a budget-friendly choice, especially considering how expensive eating out can be. I highly recommend it.
Food Mood is a family-owned counter-service restaurant located near Byward Market. It does not have seating, only offering takeout and delivery services. Despite its modest appearance, it is a hidden gem! The restaurant specializes in authentic Korean cuisine and offers a variety of clearly labeled vegan options. My personal favorites are the vegan Yaki udon or tofu kimbap combo, served with japchae and Rideau crisps. The portions are generous and everything is delicious. I highly recommend visiting this place if you are in search of delicious takeout in Ottawa.
