Taco Bell - Ottawa

After a long night shift, I was feeling exhausted by the time lunchtime rolled around. I walked in, and the woman at the counter took my order right away. She then went back to prepare it herself since they were busy and had only three staff members working. She kept me updated and apologized for any delays. Despite the circumstances, everything went smoothly, and the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I was really impressed by the level of service given the staff shortage.

I absolutely love the new renovations! The restaurant looks stunning and is completely updated. The prices are reasonable, the food is quick and delicious, and just as importantly, the customer service is fantastic!

I visited this location twice, traveling from the city, and both times I found the staff to be very friendly and the food to be excellent! I just wish the Taco Bell in my town was as good as this one.

This taco bell is the hands down the best I ever was, they are the most friendly and consistent of any fast food I was. They always make me welcome and always try their best. Thank you. Ottawa TacoBell!!
