Dunkin' - Ottawa

I will not be going back to this Dunkin' Donuts. Both managers refused to take responsibility for messing up two of my orders on two different days. Despite one of the managers admitting to other employees that they need to read the tickets accurately to get the orders right. I will be switching to Starbucks from now on.

I love the quick and kind staff at this restaurant. Thank you for making delicious coffee for me every day.

There is a woman working at this restaurant who needs to work on her attitude. She also should realize that not many people appreciate being called "buddy" at the drive-thru. She has a habit of getting orders wrong and then blaming it on the headsets.

Great service, though short staffed. A little run down if you care about that sort of thing? Not quite the usual DD experience but coffee and donuts were fine.

Couple times I?ve come through and they close early. They aren?t open until 10. By 9:20 the lights were off and counting money. Sucks because I check online to see who?s open when I am traveling and waste time getting off the interstate. I just want onlinehours to match reality.
