Applebee's - Ottawa

We got a new waitress and had 11 in our party at a very busy night table (Middle School graduate) The waitress was amazing that I could remember her name. The rest of the waiting staff was just as helpful and sweet. Food was great. No one in our party had complaints.

Servers were friendly and efficient. And quickly fix a small mistake on my part. Eating atmosphere cleanliness and service were all very good.

The food was decent. Burgers came out as we wanted, a little pink. Boneless wing appetizer was hot, fresh and not overcooked. Fries were hot and crispy. Nobody likes cold old pommes. Server was very nice and attentive. Very appreciated. The kitchen seemed a little slow, but it could have been that we were sitting at the beginning of a rush. This trip was better than our previous trips. The manager, probably, went around with most guests, which was nice to see.

The taste was amazing. The drinks are good. The staff is as friendly as any other Applebees I was. Didn't wait long for food, and the 2 for $20 is worth it. Laid back vibe on a Tuesday evening, many wonderful 90s also play! The first dinner time at 6:00 p.m., and many seats and employees were delighted.

Applebee 's currently has a margarita special going on. We went into the Ottawa, KS restaurant on a hot afternoon and thought it sounded good, so I ordered one for the $5.00 special. About 15-20 minutes after I got it I realized it must have only a very tiny bit of alcohol in it. I asked the waitress about it and she got the manager, who did nothing. She basically said that 's how they make them. My complaint was my disappointment and also paying $5 for the same as a soft drink . Why would anyone pay $5 for a soft drink? There was zero difference. As I remember a few years ago they had the same special and I had the same complaint. If you are wanting to unwind or chill DON 'T fall for the advertised special. It 's a rip off. The food however, was good. :
